| Album Info: | Wyoming doesn't have a lot of cities, but its capital, Cheyenne, is very much a railroad town! There are 2 Big Boys there right now--one is being restored and isn't on display (though I did see its tender in the yard), but the other one can be found at Holliday Park. In addition to it, there's another steam engine at Lions Park, and the Merci Boxcar is on display at the American Legion building. The old Union Station is a really cool museum that has a great place to watch the trains and does a phenomenal job illustrating how railroading works. Like trains? You now have an excuse to visit Wyoming! |
